After his playing career in college and with the Afghanistan Men’s National Team, Coach Kader began his own AAU basketball program in Chicago & Northwest Indiana. He went on to develop a program for the youth, Little Dribblers, which was featured in the Chicago Tribune. Four of his five teams were ranked in the top 5 of the Chicagoland Area. After a successful run in Chicago, Coach Kader took a position back in his hometown with Santa Ana College for one year. He is currently now the lead assistant for a varsity program in Southern California.
