President - Team Hardwood Business and Basketball Operations

After his playing career in college and with the Afghanistan Men’s National Team, Coach Kader began his own AAU basketball program in Chicago & Northwest Indiana. He went on to develop a program for the youth, Little Dribblers, which was featured in the Chicago Tribune. Four of his five teams were ranked in the top 5 of the Chicagoland Area. After a successful run in Chicago, Coach Kader took a position back in his hometown with Santa Ana College for one year.  He is currently now the lead assistant for a varsity program in Southern California.

Vice President - Team Hardwood Basketball Operations
After his playing career at Metro St, Tyler became the Assistant Men’s basketball coach at Western Oregon University. Coach Cooper helped them to an 18-12 record in his first year. After one season, Coach Cooper left to become to the Men’s Assistant back at his Alma Mater Metro St. He helped Metro ’15 to a 26-6 record as well as coaching the DII National Player of the Year. Currently, he is head assistant for a varsity team in Southern California.
